Payment

All the prices in my shop are in USD currency.
You can choose Express PayPal (if you have a PayPal account) or Credit Card method of payment.
The Credit Card payment is via Paypal also, it is secure and you do not need to have a paypal account to use your credit card, you can easily check out as a Paypal guest.

Shipping

Your purchase will be sent to you as soon as it is completely manufactured. Please allow up to 3 weeks of manufacturing. I will send you a note via your e-mail address, when your merchandise is shipped.

Any customs duties, taxes or other fees , which could be charged upon delivery, are at your responsibility and not included in my shipping fees.

The approximate shipping times are given by Canada Post. I have no control over shipping delays.

Keep in mind that an item that is investigated by your country’s customs (which occurs randomly and is out of my control) will take longer to arrive.

An item will be considered lost only if you have not received it after 6 weeks (US, Canada, Europe) or 8 weeks (rest of the world) – started on the date the item was shipped. In this case please contact me as soon as possible!

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the merchandise within 14 days start from receiving date and receive a refund if you respect these conditions:

  • The merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unused and in the same packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for returning shipping fees.
  • I will refund the merchandise cost – once I have received it. Original shipping fees are not refunded, only the price of the merchandise is. Funds can only be refunded via the original method of payment.
  • No cancellation of order after I’ve sent you a note that it is shipped (given to Canada Post).

MAKE SURE TO CONTACT ME BEFORE YOU RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE.
Merchandise broken upon reception: I take very good care in protecting the merchandise for shipping, but accidents happen. If your merchandise has been damaged during shipping, contact me as soon as possible!
